Wow!!! After years of making my own hydration drink from scratch, I’m thrilled to have found a much better tasting and simple to use replacement! The flavor encourages me to drink more, and I noticed a bit of an increased spring in my step when teaching my exercise classes over the past few weeks! In addition, I switched over to the Pravi creatine product (previously used a different brand) for cognitive benefits after several concussions and even added it to my Hydrate+ drink…fabulous way to start my day EVERY DAY!!!

The creatine goes hand and hand with the electrolytes I ordered. I have already noticed a difference in quality switching off the generic creatine brand I previously used and have had some of the best workouts and muscle function in recent memory. Shoutout the boys at Pravi!

I’ve tried just about every electrolyte powder on the market and Pravi is one I’m keeping in my gym bag. A big critique of other products I’ve tried has been the overly salty taste, pravi has done an excellent job balancing the salt level to still give you the needed hydration as well as a phenomenal taste that isn’t overpowering. I was excited to hear that Pravi was dropping their own creatine. I knew it would be clean but I'm overjoyed that they use German Creapure(the purest in the world).

Since I switched over to it I've felt stomach discomfort and some bloating go away which I didn't even realize were being caused by the regular creatine monohydrate I was taking. Creatine is NOT all the same. I'll never go back

Love the flavor of this electrolyte mix. It’s subtle yet comes thru with not too much salt compared to their biggest rival. They did a number with this one!

Actually nuts how superior this is to other names: What separates PRAVI electrolytes is the balanced (and well researched) ratios of sodium, magnesium, potassium, taurine and L-theanine for hydration … then the natural sources of sea salt and coconut water power take this even further over the top. Just a 10/10 product for ANY activity.

I don’t usually use electrolytes or live in the fitness world, but this was such a great entry point! The strawberry lemon flavor is really good, and if you add a little extra water the salt taste doesn’t overpower it. It really helped me feel hydrated after my hike.
