Refund policy

While we try our best to deliver clean and undamaged products, we understand that things do occur in the delivery process. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately at hello@pravinutrition.com so that we may resolve the issue. 

Minor abrasions, dents or imperfections to the container itself may happen due to circumstances out of our control and would not count as a "damaged" product. 

 

In the event of any refund or return request, please contact hello@pravinutrition.com so that we can help handle any questions or concerns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a payment in the case of a refund. Thank you for understanding.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item's inner seal is missing, the contents are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Since supplements are carefully packaged and formulated for user consumption we do not accept returns. However we ask that you contact us directly via hello@pravinutrition.com to help resolve any issues.
